Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Membership Fee

Miss cupcake members will be billed $22.95 per month until you request to cancel the membership. Discounted membership rates may be offered in special one time offers. These discounted membership rates will be billed as agreed upon per month until you request to cancel the membership.


Automatic Monthly Renewal

All memberships renew automatically for successive one month periods until you cancel. By purchasing a membership, you agree and acknowledge that you will gain access to membership features and will be charged  a membership fee of $22.95 for each month thereafter until you cancel (unless you are on a discounted membership plan, then the price will be found on the page you signed up on). You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed after the expiration date of your payment card.

 

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at support@misscupcake.co or calling us at +1 805-991-7369.

Membership fees are paid in advance and are not refunded in whole or in part. Your membership will terminate at the end of the month covered by your most recently paid membership fee.

Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any further renewal periods and your membership will not continue past the then current period.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
